Reflection: Group Seven- Media & Computer

Lin, Miranda, and Lisa introduce the Yahoo Group, Hot Potatoes, and IWill in a very clear way. Well done, girls! Media & Computer are not my thing. I always struggle to get them done. Even though I spend quite a lot of time groping for the software, I do learn a lot along with this process.

 Among all the materials they introduce today, I’m interested in Hot Potatoes more. I always do the Word Cross, Word Mix, Word Match, and others by myself. With this software, I can simply use “automatically jumble” to get everything done. However, these kinds of materials may only be suitable for younger learners. For older learners, this may be adopted once a while but it should not take up all the time.After interviewing a teacher, I begin to think over my teaching more. Whenever I come up an activity, I need to know who my target learners are and what do they need.
